How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (China): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@Gaiwanlife.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
How can I track my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Gaiwanlife.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

We operate from Dehua, China’s porcelain capital, and ship worldwide.

Soak in baking soda and warm water. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
How are your hand-painted designs applied?
Artisans use traditional 鎏银 (silver-gilding) and underglaze techniques, kiln-fired for permanence.
